What is it?

Level 1 -Proper Alignment and Flexibility
  • This session is for any level practitioner; beginner or advanced
  • Moves slower and focuses on proper alignment as well as targeting specific muscle groups
  • Strong focus on how to move through the asana guided by the breath
  • Pranayama practice to help bring attention to breath and techniques for releasing energy
  • Lengthening and stretching the muscles
  • Flexibillity and Core Strengthening
Level 2 -Balance, Inversions, and Faster Movement
  • All benefits of Level 1 are gained in Level 2 including strength and conditioning
  • This session moves faster through the poses while sustaining proper alignment and maintains a strong breath throughout each pose
  • Balancing poses and Inversions are incorporated at this level to help practice balance in all aspects of life and to help reduce stress, anxiety, and pain while increasing blood flow
  • Really focused on releasing thoughts and increasing the integrity of your practice while cultivating more energy
Level 3 -Advanced
  • Levels 1 and 2 combined in terms of benefits and practice
  • Offers more inversions and advanced balancing poses
  • At this level many practitioners are leading at their own pace and taking the poses into their own expression. This session is to hold space for that practice and guide the flow of the sequence
