I have been a personal training client with Jacquelyn for about a year now, and she has made such a positive impact on my life. Not only do I see a difference in my physical appearance, but also in my mental approach to my health in general. She goes above and beyond when it comes to coaching me through trying to be the best version of myself. When I first began training with Jacquelyn, I had issues with hip mobility, and couldn't even get through our warm-up without stopping and complaining. We have come such a long way since then, and I look forward to every session with her. I know that I can always count on her to push me beyond what I even thought I was capable of, and adjusting my program as needed. I first started working with Jacqueline as someone new to working out. She was very patient and made me feel comfortable. I then became pregnant and she knew exactly how to modify the training to keep baby safe. She really impressed me when I began to feel relief from chronic back pain and other issues such as anxiety. I loved going to yoga and reiki sessions with her! She is an absolutely amazing soul who is so in tune with the mind body and soul. She is very skilled at her craft. I’ve tried several different styles with her, synergistic, cupping & Swedish. All were amazing!! As others have said, she has great intuitive ability treating the mind, body & soul. She’s able to address, in a sense, all 3 at once. My hubby bought me a Reiki session as a Christmas gift. I was slow to schedule as the flu hit me hard, twice. As he only has experienced Reiki once, I was unsure as how well of a judge he was. 🙂
WOW! That is my best impression. Not only was she on point, she help validate many things for me. I love how she performs Reiki. So very in-tuned with my energy and guides. She was able to give me practical information for my daily life. I believe in the adage, "When the student is ready the teacher shall appear." I am honored for my new teacher.
